Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days from dispatch. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or high-demand periods. We ship from our supplier warehouses, so some items may arrive separately.
Shipping Costs We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delays COSGeneral is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at [general4cos@gmail.com] and we'll help resolve it.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, though we'll do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email [general4cos@gmail.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we'll make it right.
